Meet our amazing team
As the owner director, Shadi emphasizes a collaborative approach that looks for innovative solutions to complex issues. Her expertise extends to Electrical design, technical integration, use of innovative solutions, long‐range scheduling and overall project management.
As a director he leads the estimating team, helps meet objectives and bid due dates in an efficient, ethical, competitive and yet profitable manner. He is responsible for managing the estimating team and bid process from start to finish. His innovative take off and layout method had a tremendous impact in the successful outcome of our projects.
Mr. Turi is also very involved in providing pre‐construction services as a Project Executive on many projects. His ability to provide conceptual value engineering is unsurpassed in the industry. His hands on approach to many of the projects undertaken by Fineline enables him to constantly monitor the market for current pricing, lead times and labor availability.
He remains connected to the project throughout each phase by reviewing the implementation flow while ensuring safety and code compliance.
Our Philosophy
Fineline Electric was founded on a philosophy stressing the importance of day‐to‐day personal attention to assure quality customer service. This tradition drives our company daily. Our customer‐first attitude is enhanced by the high caliber of our highly trained and technically astute personnel.
For our clients that need to stay operational during regular business hours and can’t afford lengthy interruptions, Fineline Electric has a unique Black OPs division; our highly trained teams that work nights, weekends, and holidays. We maintain a fleet of large service vehicles and we’re additionally equipped with a state‐of‐the‐art mobile office ready to serve your every need without interfering with your daily workflow.
Our sophisticated estimating software is written by our own engineers; we perform a digital take off at the time of estimating and layout the project from beginning to end. Our software is designed produce enhanced accuracy while assuring competitive estimates.
